When CAT elected to classify and treat its Engine Division as one of the company's core businesses, management wanted to communicate this commitment to its worldwide dealer network. CAT believed that assembling dealer/principals in a meeting environment would provide the best forum. For assistance in framing key messages, CAT turned to InSight.

Shown to audiences in the U.S. and in Switzerland, InSight produced "On Track to Grow," a comprehensive event package. Using a 250 square foot screen surrounded by mock roller coaster track, InSight created video segments that excited attendees with the illusion of being propelled via motive power. Speeches were supported by teleprompter, graphics and image magnification. Custom designed PowerPoint templates were used in the breakout sessions to ensure that continuity was maintained. To reinforce important concepts, InSight assembled and distributed post meeting media kits that included CD-ROMs filled with copies of speeches, PowerPoint presentations, video components and newsletters.
