J.J. Keller & Associates produces educational materials to be sold to a broad range of industries. When faced with the task of creating a training solution for food handlers, the company turned to InSight for assistance. The program's topic was the identification of critical control points and the implementation of safe handling procedures.

To foster enthusiasm and comprehension, InSight created a program that was, by all accounts, a departure from the traditional training video. Borrowing a style used in a local television favorite, "Wild Chicago," InSight introduced a wacky inspector who visited production facilities to evaluate the food-safety knowledge of managers and employees. While the interviewees were able to demonstrate proper procedures, the inspector was clearly "uneducated." In addition to creating video versions for facilities governed by both the USDA and the FDA, InSight produced print materials to support the video training.
