When the creative team put their heads together, one word came to mind - performance. With Cirque du Soleil as the centerpiece, InSight created a dazzling, yet meaningful experience for the Household audience. Using a rotating turntable and a 30-foot runway for dramatic entrances, Cirque du Soleil's signature feats of balance, precision and strength conveyed the essence of teamwork, effort, and commitment, the very components of outstanding job performance.

On site, a string of Marriott ballrooms was transformed into a setting that would dramatically accommodate every live act, executive speaker, video roll and award presentation. The stage was perfectly designed for show business to meld with corporate business. After the event, one Household manager said, "It was the most exciting, most innovative meeting I've ever been to.
