Alberto Culver - a leading manufacturer of health and beauty aids -significantly improved one of its best-known skin care products. To ensure the proper benefits-message would be passed on to both retailers and consumers, InSight was asked to assist in educating the company's sales force.

To demonstrate the significance of the reformulated product, InSight created an event that featured motivational video modules, media-supported speaker presentations and live product demonstrations. Attendees were given direct access to the new product, new packaging and to the botanical specialists who devised the unique product formulas. Following the event a series of information-oriented CD-ROMs was created and sent to the sales force to reiterate key concepts and statistics presented during the event.
